Google adds dynamic views to blogger
In continuation of improving the usability, look and feel of its services, Google has rolled out seven new interactive, dynamic views in blogger to customize your blogs. You can choose one of the customized views from classic, flipcard, magazine, mosaic, sidebar, snapshot or timeslide as your default template. Visitors can view your blog in any one of these templates by choosing it from the menu bar on top. These dynamic views not only improve user experience but also load your blog faster by about 40% than the older templates.
Personally speaking, if I have to have a free personal space to share my day to day life, I would do it with a blogger blog and its timeslide view, rather than Facebook’s Timeline. Why? Because I trust Google more than Facebook when it comes to privacy. I have more control over the look and feel of my personal space and pics. A blogger blog with dynamic views looks sleek without all those boxes around my page as in Facebook Timeline and I can still have my Facebook wall to share my blog with my friends there :). Well, I am a Google fan and love everything about them. Even though I love WordPress for its capabilities as a user friendly CMS, I still admire blogger where I started blogging.
